Cathleen
As an office manager, I am one of the friendly faces that greets you when you come through the door at North Canyon Dentistry. I am responsible for all aspects in running the practice from answering phones to collecting money and everything in between. In order to manage a practice, I believe that this person should have experience in the front office along with assisting the doctor to be a successful individual that helps patients succeed with their dental needs. I bring 35 years of dental experiences to this practice. I enjoy showing patients financial options to stay within their budgets to achieve affordable and stunning dentistry.
I am originally from upstate NY and have been raised in Arizona. I have had the pleasure of growing up in a family of dentistry. I have a great passion for work and enjoy interacting with and meeting patients. When I am away from the office, I enjoy watching The Buffalo Bills, going to see new movies and spending time with my fantastic son Logan.

Office Administration
I originally moved to Arizona from Washington State in 2012 with my three children. I have been in the Dental field since 2007. I have had the pleasure of learning all of the unique roles of the Dental office Administration. I love helping others with their dental needs.
The role I have enjoyed the most over the years is the billing department. Being able to help patients understand their Dental insurance and questions they have about their accounts makes my day. I love to spend time watching movies with my children and cooking for them.

I have been a part of the team here for over 13 years and have been in the dental field for over 30 years. I was a dental assistant right out of high school and worked as an assistant until 1995 when I graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. I moved to Arizona in 1996 from Kansas where I was born and raised. I love to spend time at the lake boating and camping with my husband, kids and friends. We also enjoy motorcycle rides, golfing and travel.

Hola! I am happy to join the team at North Canyon Dentistry! I have been a Dental Hygienist for almost 10 years. I am blessed to be in a profession where I get to know and educate my patients every day about the importance of oral health.
A little bit about me. I have lived in Phoenix since I was 6 years old and call the desert my home. When I am not working , I enjoy spending all of my time with my son MJ, who will be turning 1 year old soon! Fun fact about me. I am fluent in Spanish, because both of my parents are from Colombia.

I have been working 24 years in the dental field. I received my certification at the Bryman School of phoenix. I am an experienced dental assistant who is reliable and energetic with a positive attitude ready to complete any task. I am extremely proud to be part of a dynamic team of professionals who enjoy working in an environment that promotes continuous learning and innovation.
During my free time we always have big family fun camping, fishing, and boating enjoying the great outdoors.
Dezire Mcintosh

Born and raised in the beautiful state of South Carolina, I have a passion for making people smile – both through excellent dental care and my love for singing and songwriting.
Currently, I’m in school working towards my dream of becoming a Dentist. As the oldest of six siblings, I’ve always enjoyed taking care of others and creating a warm, welcoming environment. While I don’t have kids of my own yet, my large family has given me plenty of experience in making people feel comfortable and at ease.
When I’m not studying or spending time with my family, you’ll find me crafting new melodies and lyrics. I believe that a great smile can be the start of something wonderful, and I look forward to helping you achieve and maintain yours!
