Cathleen
As an office manager, I am one of the friendly faces that greets you when you come through the door at North Canyon Dentistry. I am responsible for all aspects in running the practice from answering phones to collecting money and everything in between. In order to manage a practice, I believe that this person should have experience in the front office along with assisting the doctor to be a successful individual that helps patients succeed with their dental needs. I bring 35 years of dental experiences to this practice. I enjoy showing patients financial options to stay within their budgets to achieve affordable and stunning dentistry.
I am originally from upstate NY and have been raised in Arizona. I have had the pleasure of growing up in a family of dentistry. I have a great passion for work and enjoy interacting with and meeting patients. When I am away from the office, I enjoy watching The Buffalo Bills, going to see new movies and spending time with my fantastic son Logan.
Cassie
I was born and raised in Oregon and got my start as a medical assistant at an urgent care for 8 years. During that time, I realized I wanted to go further in the field. I started taking my prerequisites for Dental Hygiene in Portland and then moved to Phoenix to finish my degree at Carrington College.
Some things I enjoy doing in my free time are swimming in lakes, rivers, & at the pool, going on road trips / traveling, and roller skating!
Carla
I have been a part of the team here for over 13 years and have been in the dental field for over 30 years. I was a dental assistant right out of high school and worked as an assistant until 1995 when I graduated from UMKC School of Dentistry with a bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. I moved to Arizona in 1996 from Kansas where I was born and raised. I love to spend time at the lake boating and camping with my husband, kids and friends. We also enjoy motorcycle rides, golfing and travel.
Matt
Hello I’m Matt. I was born and raised in San Francisco and moved to Arizona in 2006. I enjoy the nice clear nights here in AZ, eating food, and hanging out with friends. I’m not a chef but it like to cook once in a while at home. I look forward seeing you in the office and helping you with your dental needs.
Sarah
I was lucky enough to have been chosen by North Canyon to do my externship after dental assisting school. After my externship was completed I was hired as a sterile tech and dental assistant.
When I am not at work I enjoy going out with friends and family, relaxing outside, and playing sand volleyball. I also have a puppy that keeps me on my toes.
Katrina
Katrina is a dental assistant and has been loving her career for six years. She enjoys keeping everyone’s chompers in tip top shape that she is continuing her education with the goal of becoming a top notch dental hygienist. A native to the sun-kissed state of Arizona, which she enjoys exploring. You can find her head in a book, or eyes on the screen for a hilarious TV show. When she is not exploring the depths of dental care, or the picturesque landscapes of Arizona.
You’ll find her enjoying time with her family. Family is Katrina’s anchor, providing endless love, support, and more than a few hearty laughs. Speaking of laughter, Katrina believes that a good chuckle is just as essential as a good floss. In a world full of serious moments, they remind everyone of the beauty in a bright smile and a hearty laugh.
