I moved from Maryland and needed to find a new dentist. I was happy to be referred to North Canyon Dentistry. Jennifer, the reception was very helpful with my insurance. The X-ray technician was very friendly & competent, the dental hygienist extremely knowledgeable and the facility state of the art as well as clean & beautiful. Dr Mack was very friendly & professional.

North Canyon Dentistry is totally patient oriented. Dr. Mack and all of his staff are well trained professionals, kind, and dedicated to patient comfort. They have all of the updated equipment to treat patients and do so in a friendly, comfortable, efficient manner. My mother never told me that I would like going to the Dentist. Thanks Dr. Mack and Everyone!

I have been terrified of going to the dentist my entire life. While my fear still exists, Dr Mack does everything he can to calm my nerves, he's patient & incredibly kind. He explains what he's doing & why and I have complete confidence in his ability. I could be a better, more regular patient, but every time I do show up, he always treats me like he saw me yesterday, no judgments on me. The entire staff is great, and I cannot recommend this office enough. Dr Mack is the BEST!!!

I've been going to see Dr. Mack since 2000. His staff has always been kind, thorough, and personable. They always remember what I'm doing with my life, even though I would only go in every six months for cleanings. They really value their patients and it shows. Dr. Mack is also a fantastic dentist. He is always on the cutting edge of any new dental procedure and I've never ever had an issue after a filling or any other dental work.

We have been going to Dr. Mack for 20+ years and continue to go to him for our dental needs. He makes you feel comfortable, is professional, courteous, and always makes you laugh. The only reason we gave 4/5 stars is due to several instances throughout our experience where staff members were unfriendly and the high turnover rate of staff members. We would recommend Dr. Mack !
